Unfortunately, the games run slower than you can pick answers and it does not include inter-program support, there is help listed in the top menu bar, but when it's clicked on, nothing happens. Through the main menu, it has a short animated tutorial that shows players what the various keys do and how to play the game, but we couldn't find any inter-program technical support. Fortunately, Riverdeep product support is offered online through FAQs, a troubleshooting guide and email and telephone support.

It would be nice if this product offered different types of games and if the program speed could keep up with student's answers.
